Sabrina Badeaux

With her roots in NYC, Sabrina Badeaux comes from a multidisciplinary background in sales, marketing, and operations. She has managed teams of over 275 people, identifying herself as a lighthouse, in that she provides illumination and guidance to the many large teams she has managed over the years. With all the qualities of a natural-born-leader, Sabrina eventually channeled her energies into the world of wellness, becoming a certified sound healer and landing a residency at the 1 Hotel, where she oversees all the mindful programming. Sabrina later launched her own wellness brand, Kanekshun, where she creates multisensory experiences rooted in breathwork, vibration, modalities of movement, sound healing, and meditation.

Sabrina’s rich background in sales is what led her to develop her strong marketing strategies. In order to maximize her sales potential, she had to take the time to really understand marketing, which she later came to see from a storytelling perspective. Whether aesthetic or verbal, stories are how we can best communicate our message to others. Sera Sera quickly embraced Sabrina’s compelling story-telling approach, bringing her on board to run all the marketing, social media, and branding for Sera Sera. Sabrina’s north star, as she describes it, is the question, “what impact will I make today?” Whether it be her, the individual she is coaching, the collective she is leading, or the story she is telling, Sabrina aims to make a positive, lasting impact on the world and people around her.

DANA GOLDBERG

Born and raised in the pulse of New York City, Dana Goldberg is a true cosmopolitan at heart. This fashion and couture extraordinaire has had a vision of travel and exploration for as long as she could remember. Dana’s first love and greatest influence was her father, Martin Goldberg, a renowned women’s sportswear manufacturer and designer who mentored Dana from a young age. Dana was thrilled at the idea of going to work with her dad, sometimes even in lue of her ordinary childhood responsibilities of school and homework. When she was just 11 years old, Martin tasked Dana to put together a collection for Bloomingdales, only to be stunned by his daughter’s undeniable skills and eye for fashion when the board purchased almost the entire collection. As an inspired young girl navigating a man’s world, this unexpected triumph empowered her, fueling what would become her lifelong passion and purpose. Dana went on to major in Fashion Merchandising at FIT. She was later taken under the wing of Marcia Hecker, who she worked for at Marcia’s Attic in New Jersey.

She later became a buyer for Olive and Betty’s right when the contemporary market was starting to make a presence. Dana worked closely with product developers and designers to curate compelling collections that shaped the trends seen all over the streets of NYC. With a keen eye and cutting-edge sense for style, Dana was one of the first buyers to bring Theory, Rebecca Taylor, and Trina Turk designs to NYC. She would later meet her other great mentor, Christinne Celle of Calypso, who hired Dana as their first ever visual merchandiser. Together they pioneered merchandising by color, a method which later became and remained the industry standard. Dana worked as Director of Visual at Calypso for 10 years, eventually moving to Miami to oversee the Bal Harbour store. Enthralled by her new surroundings, Dana was floored by the amount of undiscovered talent around her. With a strong desire to support her local community, Dana decided to launch Bungalow – a traveling boutique which provides a platform to local, small, and primarily female owned brands and designers to showcase and sell their product.

Dana first connected with Sera Sera co-founder Chelsea Roth several years ago. She would routinely ship her one-of-a-kind garments to Chelsea who featured them as part of her Gypsy Soul line. The two were clearly aligned in their vision for effortlessly chic fashion, and maintained a beautiful long-distance relationship for many years. It all unfolded in pure synchronicity when they finally connected in Miami and decided to permanently install Bungalow at Sera Sera, which fit in flawlessly with the social club’s vibe. It is Dana’s firm belief that what we put out to the universe, we get back. Channeling this beautiful dharmic exchange, Dana knows fashion is so much more than just the clothes we wear. It is our self confidence, individuality, and personal expression. Visitors and members can enjoy shopping at the eclectic and extraordinary Bungalow boutique, which is brimming with countless treasures and undiscovered gems.
